CC Spokane men hammer Wenatchee

Preston Wynne had 21 points and Brady Bagby added 17 points and eight rebounds as Community Colleges of Spokane beat Wenatchee Valley 78-61 in an NWAACC game Saturday in Wenatchee.

Eric Holbrook added 15 points and seven assists for the Sasquatch (17-3, 6-1). Pedro Farias had 15 points for the Knights (5-13, 1-8).

Southern Idaho 69, North Idaho 68: The Cardinals’ furious comeback attempt fell short in a loss to the Golden Eagles (21-2, 7-1) in Scenic West Athletic Conference play in Twin Falls, Idaho.

North Idaho was led by Antoine Hosley, who scored 29 points on 11-of-15 shooting, including 5 of 6 from beyond the arc. Michael Middlebrooks added 12 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks for NIC (18-5, 4-4).
