Huskies try to right ship at Colorado
After two disappointing road losses in the last eight days, the Washington Huskies need some kind of miracle to climb into NCAA tournament bubble consideration. With eight games remaining, even an NIT bid would require a relatively strong finish. So UW enters today’s game against the Colorado Buffaloes in Boulder, Colo., ( 5 p.m., ESPNU) in desperate need of their first Pac-12 road victory since Jan. 2. The Huskies lost at Washington State on Feb. 1 and at Utah on Thursday after successive home sweeps – of Utah and Colorado, then Oregon and Oregon State – had UW tied for third place.
