The Spokane County Sheriff's Office released this photo of a suspect in a March 5 robbery at Green Leaf.
From staff reports
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public help to identify the suspect in a March 5 knifepoint robbery at a Spokane recreational pot shop. The man entered Green Leaf, located at 9107 N. Country Homes Blvd. and demanded money before fleeing the store, according to a news release. He was wearing a face covering during the robbery, but held a distinctive knife which allowed him to put his finger through a hole in the blade, the release said. Green Leaf was the first recreational marijuana store to open in the Spokane area. Since opening last July, the store has sold almost $1.9 million worth of marijuana, according to data from the Washington Liquor Control Board. The suspect is described as a 5‘9” white man with light-colored eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Kirk Keyser at (509) 477-6611 and reference case number 73965.
