James E. “Jamie” Tender has been named by the Saint George’s School board of trustees as head of school, effective July 1, 2016. Tender currently serves as the assistant head for advancement. Prior to that, he served as head of the middle school at Saint George’s from 2003 to 2011.
Northwest MedStar has named Matt Albright as director. Albright has 20 years of health care and aerospace experience. He previously served with the U.S. Air Force at Fairchild Air Force Base as a medical officer and Biomedical Sciences Corps executive.
Kai Nevala has been named clinic director for Unify Community Health, a part of Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. He will oversee three local community health centers. Nevala was previously a clinic operations supervisor for three outpatient hospital ambulatory pharmacy clinics.
PayneWest Insurance has hired Shannon Ulrich as a commercial insurance account specialist and Chris Stangel as a commercial insurance sales executive. Ulrich has been in the insurance industry since 2002. Stangel was previously in the law enforcement industry
Dennis Hession, Brian Kistler and Adam Baird have joined the firm of Kutak Rock LLP. Hession joins the firm as of counsel. He will focus on public finance, real estate and taxation. Kistler joins the firm as of counsel to the public finance group. Baird joins the firm as an associate with a focus on public finance, municipal law and IRS issues.
