G-Prep romps past University, 50-7

Gonzaga Prep opened a 30-0 lead in the first quarter on its way to a 50-14 win over the University Titans in a 4A Greater Spokane League game Friday at U-Hi.

Quarterback Ryan Gross had three rushing touchdowns, finishing with 56 yards. He also completed 4 of 4 passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns.

The fifth-ranked Bullpups (3-2, 2-0) led 50-7 by halftime.

G-Prep piled up 416 yards total offense. Devin Culp led the Bullpups with 83 yards rushing.

Hunter Gregerson led U-Hi (1-4, 0-2) with 99 yards on 20 carries and one touchdown.
