Michigan State’s Mark Dantonio gets win No. 100 with Holiday Bowl victory over Washington State
Thu., Dec. 28, 2017

While Washington State must wait at least another year for a 10-win season, Michigan State and coach Mark Dantonio reached that plateau for the sixth time in eight seasons.
The Spartans finished 10-3, capping a remarkable turnaround from last year’s 3-9 mark.
The win was even more special for Dantonio, who won his 100th game at MSU after only 11 seasons.
WSU’s last 10-win season was in 2003, when the Cougars reached that milestone with a 28-20 Holiday Bowl win over Texas.
