Mark your calendars: Crave Food and Drink Celebration is coming back

The Crave Food and Drink Celebration has announced dates for its sophomore festival.

The second Crave event is slated to take place July 12 to 18, 2018, at CenterPlace at Mirabeau Point Park in Spokane Valley.

The location is the same as the first-time event in 2017. But the fest has been pushed back from Father’s Day weekend to mid July.

The schedule is:

Thursday, July 12 – Seafood Bash, 6 to 9 p.m.

Friday, July 13 – Foods from Around the World, 6 to 9 p.m.

Saturday, July 14 – Grand Tasting, 1 to 4 p.m., and Fire and Smoke, 6 to 9 p.m.

Sunday, July 15 – Grand Tasting, 1 to 4 p.m., and brunch, TBD

Special guest chefs have not yet been announced. The line-up at the inaugural event included Jeremiah Tower, a pioneer of California cuisine.
