Learn to make bone broth

Eileen Napier of Ramstead Ranch is hosting two bone broth classes and a drop-in tasting at A Small Batch bake shop in Spokane’s West Central neighborhood on Saturday, Dec. 8.

Classes are 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. They’re $25 each.

Or, drop-in for a tasting from 3 to 4 p.m. for free. Recipes and bones will be for sale.

Class attendees receive a 15-percent discount off of pasture-raised and grass-fed products purchased the same day.

Ramstead Ranch is in Ione and specializes in grass-finished beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and poultry, and fleece. Call (509) 442-4725. Register and pay for the class online at www.ramsteadranch.com/events.
