Things well get very messy at the First Interstate Center for the Arts this fall when “Double Dare Live” takes over the venue on Oct. 28.

The live show brings all the beloved elements of the TV show to the stage. At the FICA, two teams of audience members will compete to win prizes by answering trivia questions, participating in physical challenges and tackling the obstacle course.

“Double Dare” premiered on Nickelodeon in 1986 and ran until 1993. “Super Sloppy Double Dare” premiered in 1989, and “Double Dare 2000” followed later.

The show returned to Nickelodeon in 2018, now hosted by digital creator and actor Liza Koshy, with original host Marc Summers providing commentary.

“Hosting the Double Dare Live tour couldn’t be any more exciting, and I look forward to continuing to bring the fun and messiness of Double Dare to audiences across the country,” Summers said in a press release. “Doing the show again with my sidekick (Robin Russo) will fulfill childhood dreams of the generation that grew up with us and introduce this classic show to the next generation.”

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and are available at all TicketsWest outlets, www.ticketswest.com and by calling (800) 325-SEAT.
