Edwards has 25 years of project administration experience and will work to streamline the firm’s project management and office procedures. She served most recently as a project administrator for Coffman Engineers and previously worked as an assistant project manager for KPFF Consulting Engineers, both in Seattle. Edwards is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in project management from City University of Seattle.

Banking

Washington Trust Bank has hired Matt Tilghman-Havens as senior vice president and market leader for wealth management and advisory services. He previously worked for U.S. Bank as senior vice president of private wealth management in Western Washington and a senior wealth planner. In addition to his experience in wealth management, Tilghman-Havens also has nearly a decade of legal experience as an attorney and as an assistant attorney general for the Washington Attorney General’s Office. He is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School.

The Cowles Co. has hired Heather Eller as publisher of The Nickel’s Worth, a North Idaho classified weekly. She will succeed Tim Rostkoski at the start of the coming year. Eller has been a part of The Nickel’s Worth for 14 years, leading classified ad sales and managing the website and business operations for most of her time with the publication.
