Washington Trust Bank has hired Matt Tilghman-Havens as senior vice president and market leader for wealth management and advisory services. He previously worked for U.S. Bank as senior vice president of private wealth management in Western Washington and a senior wealth planner. In addition to his experience in wealth management, Tilghman-Havens also has nearly a decade of legal experience as an attorney and as an assistant attorney general for the Washington Attorney General’s Office. He is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School.
