Affidavit of ATF Special Agent C. Todd Smith in the arrest of Larry A. Fairfax in connection with the discovery of a pipe bomb found on an SUV on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, in Coeur d’Alene. The bomb was found on the vehicle of Cyndi Steele, wife of Edgar J. Steele, who pleaded not guilty to charges that he tried to arrange for the killing of his wife and mother-in-law.
