Valleyfest 2014 City of Spokane Valley’s premier community event. The Hearts of Gold Parade kicks off Valleyfest tonight at 7:30 p.m. going east on Sprague Avenue from north Gillis Road to Pines Road. The festival continues Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Mirabeau Park with booths and vendors.
