Troy Hilsendeger launched a grand slam to help Lewis and Clark rout visiting Central Valley 14-4 on Thursday.

Hilsendeger's blast came during a nine-run second inning explosion that vaulted the Tigers into a comfortable lead. Cal Webb also had a three-run double for LC, and Ben Sepinuck earned the win.
