A U.S. Bankruptcy judge last week denied the Chapter 7 petition filed by a pair of Spokane doctors, who initially sought protection for debts they claimed were $191 million, after the couple lied about their finances and the judge ruled that the their "failure to provide accurate information was knowing and fraudulent."
