Perkins, 21, a redshirt sophomore, was cited at 4 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Ruby Street and Sharp Avenue. However, court records do not indicate whether he was parked in a car or driving when he was cited.

The Bears, who piled up 249 yards on the ground and 460 total yards, also got two touchdowns from Jase Edwards as Central Valley crushed Rogers 49-0 Thursday at Joe Albi Stadium.
