Nibble On A Quick Fix

So what do you do when company’s coming (which always seems to happen during the holidays) and you’re running short on time to fix any food (which always seems to happen during the holidays)?

A quick trip to Gertrude’s Black Forest Deli in Spokane and you’re out of the woods. The German-styled store serves up appetizing party trays such as the “small” one pictured here, featuring four meats (pastrami, roast beef, beerwurst and salami) and two cheeses (provolone and Cheddar).

Price: $21.95 for the smaller party tray, which feeds 10-15 people; $51.95 for the large tray, which feeds 25-35 people and features five meats and three cheeses.
