Dave Husted won his fourth title in just over 14 months as he defeated tournament leader Ricky Ward for the championship of the Professional Bowlers Association’s $200,000 Showboat Invitational.

Husted of Milwaukie, Ore., beat Ward 254-196 for the $37,000 winner’s check. Husted is 11-0 in his last four matches on television with a 240 average. The PBA record for consecutive wins on television is 16 held by Jim Pencak.
