The Spokane company packages an array of pickled veggies, including some extra-spicy selections, guaranteed to tickle your taste buds.

Co-owner Dawn Lindley suggests serving them as hors d’oeuvres or in pasta salads, green salads and casseroles.

Use your imagination, and you might just end up needing two pecks.

Price: Average retail is $3.50 for 4-ounce containers, $4.50 for 8 ounces and $5.25 for 12 ounces.
