About the only thing missing from Bickel’s “Baked” Potato Soup is the skin.
Start with a thick, creamy potato-leek soup. Add some classic baked potato toppings: bacon bits, chives and Tillamook cheddar cheese. The result is so rich and satisfying, you won’t even notice the other thing that’s missing: the steak.
