Host Boise broke open a close game by holding Coeur d’Alene to only six points in the third quarter, and then cruised to a 54-35 non-league victory Saturday night.

Jill Pederson led Coeur d’Alene with 12 points and 5 rebounds and Amber Orr added 11.

Borah ran its record to 4-0 with a non-league victory over the visiting Timberwolves. Summer Davis, who scored 21, and Alyson Pincock, who scored 19, led Borah. Katie Hartrock scored 13 and Heather Stetson scored 14 and grabbed 14 rebounds for Lake City.
