Man Gets 90 Years For Sexual Assault

An HIV-positive man who sexually assaulted his step-grandson was sentenced to 90 years in prison Thursday.

“What you’ve done is horrific beyond description … You’ve robbed this young man of his childhood,” Carroll County Circuit Judge Raymond Beck said. “You made him your sex slave.”

The 47-year-old man was convicted of assaulting the 8-year-old boy in 1994 on several occasions, and forcing the boy’s younger brother to watch.
