Oklahoma State Tops Colorado

At Stillwater, Okla., Renee Roberts scored 14 points and No. 24 Oklahoma State held 16th-ranked Colorado to just 19 second-half points to win 50-46 in a Big Eight women’s college basketball game.

Oklahoma State (14-3, 4-2 Big Eight) snapped a two-game losing streak. Colorado fell to 17-5, 4-2.

At Mesa, Ariz., Tanja Kostic scored 17 of her 23 points in the second half to lead No. 15 Oregon State (12-4, 4-3) past Arizona State (4-12, 0-7) 74-54 in a Pac-10 game.

At Madison, Wis., Barb Franke scored 38 points, including 12 in the second overtime, as 13th-ranked Wisconsin (15-2, 7-1 Big Ten) defeated No. 21 Purdue (11-8, 4-4) 98-95.
