Since the town hosts an authentic Deutchesfest each fall, you would expect sausage made in Odessa to be pretty darned good.

You would be right. John and Mary Stein make more than a dozen varieties of Voise Sausage, including a spicy pepper stick, a milder but equally tasty summer sausage and such smoked sausages as Italian, German and bratwurst (slap some on the grill for a real treat).
