Ksps Looking For Your Family Recipes

Do you have a tried-and-true family recipe, the sort of thing that always gets hauled out for the holidays?

Spokane’s public television station, KSPS, is looking for family food favorites for its second Cooking With Friends marathon, which will air Oct. 18 during the station’s pledge drive. (Last year, as you may recall, featured pasta dishes.)

Several people who submit recipes will be selected to prepare them on the air. And, like last year, most of the recipes received will be compiled into a cookbook that will be available as a premium during the pledge drive.

Send recipes, along with a brief description of the family history behind them, by Friday to Cooking, KSPS-TV, 3911 S. Regal, Spokane, WA 99223-7700.
