Prison Releases

The following people were released from Washington Department of Corrections facilities during August:

Thomas Maupin Sentenced in Spokane County to 11 years, 11 months for second-degree murder, Maupin was released to Florida after serving seven years, three months and 24 days.

Nicholas Mitola Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, six months for manslaughter, Mitola was released to Spokane after serving two years, four months and 24 days.

Jose Cirino Sentenced in Spokane County to seven years, six months for manslaughter, Cirino was released to New Jersey after serving four years and two days.

Victor Lefaber Sentenced in Stevens County to one year for manslaughter, Lefaber was released to Spokane after serving seven months and 22 days.

John Hodges Sentenced in Whatcom County to seven years for second-degree rape, Hodges was released to Spokane after serving four years, four months and 22 days.

Warren Plowden Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, eight months for second-degree rape, Plowden was released to Spokane after serving five years and two months.

Anthony Lewis Sentenced in King County to six years for rape of child, Lewis was released to Spokane after serving five years, five months and 19 days.

Keith Haynie Sentenced in Spokane County to six years, three months for violent sexual abuse of a child, Haynie was released to California after serving five years, six months and 29 days.

Timothy Rowland Sentenced in Yakima County to five years for violent sexual abuse of a child, Rowland was released to Spokane after serving four years, four months and 20 days.

John Sauer Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, nine months for indecent liberties, Sauer was released to Pierce County after serving two years, eight months and three days.

James Twiggs Sentenced in King County to two years, nine months for sexual abuse of a child, Twiggs was released to Spokane after serving two years, five months and three days.

Guadalupe Garcia Sentenced in Spokane County to five years, three months for sex crime, Garcia was released to Yakima County after serving three years, one month and 10 days.

Rodney Aughtman Sentenced in Lewis County to five years for first-degree robbery, Aughtman was released to Spokane after serving three years, four months and 29 days.

William Callahan Sentenced in Spokane County to three years for first-degree robbery, Callahan was released to Stevens County after serving one year, seven months and 26 days.

John Leland Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, seven months for first-degree robbery, Leland was released to Douglas County after serving four years, seven months and three days.

Richard Blakesley Sentenced in Spokane County to 10 years, nine months for firstdegree robbery, Blakesley was released to Spokane after serving seven years, one month and 13 days.
