Two Arrested After Drug Raid

Shoshone County drug officers seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a Monday raid on a Kellogg house.

Shanda L. Wiley, 20, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the Shoshone Interagency Drug Enforcement unit said. Stacey D. Spencer, 30, also was arrested, on charges of resisting and obstructing officers. Both are from Kellogg.

Officers said they found a small amount of marijuana and several pieces of paraphernalia used in the consumption of marijuana and methamphetamine in the house at 596 Ross Ranch Road.
