Natalie Hauck reported Wednesday a $1,356 theft by deception when auto repairs were paid for and not completed.

Gary Bower reported Wednesday the $1,300 theft of stereo equipment from his pickup while it was parked at Les Schwab Tire Center, 2818 Government Way.

Michael Phillips reported Wednesday $1,000 damage to the paint of his 1970 Chevrolet pickup while it was parked on the corner of Eighth Street and Mullan Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Thomas Reinland, owner of Reinland Auctioneers, reported Wednesday the $2,000 theft of a 1991 Polaris ATV from the business at 2350 Beck Road.

Eldon Hindberg, owner of Mr. Tire, reported Wednesday the $29,901 theft of a 1993 GMC U-Haul truck and furniture pads when it was rented from the business and not returned to a dealership in California.
