Coeur d’Alene police

John Rants reported Saturday the $650 theft of two battery chargers, a tent and other items from his home in the 800 block of Wallace Ave.

Theodore Graf reported Saturday $600 damage to two windows of his home on the 600 block of Dollar St.

Douglas Swindell reported Saturday the $1,000 theft of a bumper from his 1977 Chevrolet pickup while it was parked at his home on the 1200 block of Walnut Ave.

Joseph Haughton, employee of U-Haul, reported Saturday the $1,500 theft of a 1992 U-Haul trailer. It was rented and not returned from the office at 750 Appleway.

Diane Duncan, employee of Greenstone Homes, reported Sunday $1,200 damage to an entry door and floors of a new home on the 5900 block of Ste. Croix Drive.

Kootenai County sheriff

David Johnson, Post Falls, reported Friday the $600 theft of a pistol from his home on the 4400 block of Cloverleaf Road.

Konnie Kittelson, Hayden, reported Friday $150 damage to a window and the $600 theft of a cell phone and compact discs from her 1999 Jeep Cherokee while it was at the the Mineral Ridge recreation area on state Highway 97 at Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Susan Purdy, Coeur d’Alene, reported Sunday the $431 theft of a purse and contents and $100 damage to a window of her 1997 Suzuki Sidekick while it was parked at Lake Coeur d’Alene Drive and Potlatch Hill Road.

Peter Warren-Taylor, Cataldo, reported Sunday $900 damage to three windows of his home on the 27900 block of E. River Road.
