Elizabeth Robocker Pullman
Memorial service for Elizabeth G. “Betty” Robocker, 80, will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Pullman Presbyterian Church. Private graveside service will be held at a later date at Pullman City Cemetery. Kimball Funeral Home in Pullman is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Robocker, who died Saturday, was born in Genesee, Wis.
She graduated from Waukesha (Wis.) High School. Mrs. Robocker moved to Milwaukee and studied to become a registered nurse at Deconess Hospital in Milwaukee. She later joined the Red Cross. She served in the Army Nurses Corps during World War II.
Mrs. Robocker later graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She worked as a public health nurse in Madison, Wis., for a few years In 1953 she moved to Reno, Nev., and in 1957 she moved to Pullman. She worked at Pullman Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Robocker was a member of Pullman Presbyterian Church, the Women’s Association and Bethel Bible Study. She also volunteered with the Red Cross.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Willard; a daughter, Mary Baldridge of Pullman; a sister, Elinor Duton of Sheboygan, Wis.; and four grandchildren.

Paul Gillespie Spokane
Visitation for Paul H. Gillespie, 88, will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Service is planned for 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Rockford.
Mr. Gillespie, who died Saturday, was born in Fowler, Colo.
His family moved to the Spokane Valley when he was an infant. He graduated from Central Valley High School.
Mr. Gillespie farmed in the Spokane Valley with his father, John, for 30 years. He later worked in the construction industry.
His wife of 53 years, Elizabeth, died in 1987.
Survivors include two daughters, Claudia Gillespie of Veradale and Ann Gillespie of Opportunity; three sons, Paul Gillespie Jr. of Spokane, Jeffrey Gillespie of Opportunity and Peter Gillespie of Melbourne, Australia.

Laura (Braun) Miller Moses Lake
Visitation for Laura Mae (Braun) Miller, a former Ritzville, Wash., resident, will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Danekas Funeral Home in Ritzville. Service is planned for 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ritzville Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Miller, 78, died Saturday.
She was born in Ritzville and graduated from Ritzville High School in 1939.
From 1960 until 1966 she worked as the society editor for the Ritzville Journal Times. She later worked as a teller at Rainier Bank in Ritzville for 10 years.
She moved to Moses Lake in 1976.
Mrs. Miller went to work for Washington Trust Bank in 1978. She retired in 1983 as operations supervisor.
Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Haemmelmann of Moses Lake; two brothers, Howard Braun of Deer Park and Aaron Braun of Ritzville; a sister, Dorothy Braun of Spokane; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Marjorie Zoebel Spokane
Memorial service for Marjorie F. Zoebel, 86, will be at 10 a.m. today at Riverview Terrace Chapel at Riverview Retirement Community. Ball and Dodd Funeral Home- North is in charge of arrangements.
A 33-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Zoebel died Friday. She was born in Colfax, Calif.
She graduated from Truckee (Calif.) High School in 1930.
Mrs. Zoebel moved to Tacoma in 1942 and graduated from beauty school in 1943. She owned a beauty salon in Tacoma for 23 years.
In 1966 she moved to Spokane. Mrs. Zoebel was a beauty shop inspector for the State of Washington, serving Eastern Washington, for 12 years. She retired in 1978.
She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Doris Fraser of Melbourne, Australia; a son, William Zoebel of Gillette, Wyo.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

John Hagle Spokane
Service for John Edward Hagle, 81, will be at 10 a.m. today at HennesseySmith Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
A lifetime Spokane resident, Mr. Hagle died Friday.
He served in the Army during World War II.
Mr. Hagle was a bus driver for the Spokane Transit Authority for 39 years.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two sons, Mark and Todd Hagle, both of Spokane; a daughter, Carolyn Barnett of Spokane; two brothers, Ora and Bob Hagle, both of Spokane; and two sisters, Jean Pohle of Spokane and Rose Bratton of Denver.

Frances Raftis Spokane
Funeral Mass for Frances M. Raftis, 89, will be at 10 a.m. today at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A 70-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Raftis died Monday.
She was a credit manager at Sears for 18 years. She later worked as a stockbroker for Murphy-Favre.
She was a member of the Catholic Business and Professional Women’s Group and the Gonzaga Library Association.
Her husband, Edward, preceded her in death.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.

Fern Dahlem Spokane
Memorial service for Fern M. Dahlem, 82, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Riplinger Funeral Home. Inurnment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park.
A lifetime Spokane resident, Mrs. Dahlem died Thursday.
She graduated from North Central High School.
Mrs. Dahlem was a homemaker and a member of Job’s Daughters, the Hammond Organ Society and Sweet Adelines.
Her husband, Edward Dahlem, died in 1994.
Survivors include a son, James Dahlem of Spokane; a brother, Bob Hippler of Elk; and a grandson.
Larry Camp Connell, Wash.
Combined graveside service for Larry Herbert Camp, 64, and Linda Miller will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at LaCrosse (Wash.) Cemetery. Bruning Funeral Home in Colfax, Wash. is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Camp, who was born in Colfax, Wash., died Saturday in a multiple-car accident on Interstate 84 near Hermiston, Ore. Mrs. Miller, a second cousin, also died in the accident.
Mr. Camp graduated from LaCrosse High School in 1953.
In 1954 he married Maryette Miller. They moved to Connell in 1967, where he was a rancher.
He was a member of Othello (Wash.) Christian Church and the Airplane Owners and Pilots Association.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Maryette; a son, Dave Camp of San Francisco; a daughter, Laurie Camp of Yakima; a brother, Dee Camp of LaCrosse; and a sister, Sherry Lange of Quincy, Wash.

Linda (Camp) Miller LaCrosse, Wash.
Combined graveside service for Linda Claire (Camp) Miller, 52, and Larry Camp will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at LaCrosse Cemetery. Bruning Funeral Home in Colfax, Wash. is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Miller graduated from LaCrosse High School in 1965. She married Dick Miller in 1966.

Survivors include her husband, Dick; a daughter, Sarita Hopkins of LaCrosse; two sons, Terry and Albert Miller, both of Washtucna, Wash.; her mother, Velma Camp of LaCrosse; and four grandchildren.

Ronald Young Clark Fork, Idaho
Service for Ronald “Ron” Young, 89, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Clark Fork Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will follow at Clark Fork Cemetery. Coffelt Funeral Service in Sandpoint is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Young, who was born in Springfield, Ore., died Saturday.
He moved to Portland in 1912. In the early 1920s he settled in Rainier, Ore., and had worked at a sawmill there. He later worked at Weyerhauser Lumber Co. in Prescott, Ore.
In 1931 he married Hilma Johnstun. He worked as a longshoreman in Longview, Wash., and then in Rainier, from 1945 until retiring in 1972.
He also was a cattle rancher and peppermint farmer and moved to Clark Fork in 1972.
Mr. Young was a member of the Mormon Church in Clark Fork and International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union Local 21 in Longview.
His wife died last January.
Survivors include five daughters, Jean Nelson and Rosemary Wade, both of Clark Fork, Margaret Stewart and Lauretta Monsen, both of Utah, and Hazel Sanders of Rainier; 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Jeaneane (Wetzel) Moyle Spokane
Memorial service for A. Jeaneane (Wetzel) Moyle, 36, will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Episcopal Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. The Cremation Society of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Moyle, who was born in Spokane, died Wednesday from cancer.
She graduated from Reardan High School in 1981.
Mrs. Moyle joined the Navy in 1982 and served three years on active duty and six years in the reserves.
She returned to Spokane in 1988. Mrs. Moyle worked as the district public records coordinator for the Washington State Patrol for eight years.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Mark; a son, Matthew Moyle; a daughter, Jamie Moyle; a stepdaughter, Christina; her parents, Dwane and Louise Wetzel of Kennewick; a brother, Joel Wetzel of Portland; and two sisters, Shari Wetzel of Richland and Stacey Mansfield of Kennewick.
Edward Cooper Marysville, Wash.
Visitation for Edward L. Cooper, 80, will be from 9 to 11 a.m. today at Kern Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Wash. Graveside service is planned for 1 p.m. today at Fir Conway Lutheran Cemetery in Conway, Wash.
Mr. Cooper, who was born in Bozeman, Mont., died Sunday.
His family moved to Mount Vernon when he was 8. He graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1937.
In 1940 he married Jeannette Floe. Mr. Cooper worked for the Washington State Patrol until 1946. He later worked for Northwest Fisheries.
Mr. Cooper and his wife moved to the Seattle area in 1949. In 1955 he began worked as a sales representative for Wolverine Brass Works and relocated to Moorhead, Minn. After retiring, he worked as a sales associate in real estate.
They moved to Spokane in 1960 and then to Coeur d’Alene. They had lived in Marysville since 1992.
Mr. Cooper was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Coeur d’Alene, El Katif Shrine in Spokane, the Masonic Temple in Mount Vernon and the Washington State Realtors Association.
His wife preceded him in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Jan Gable of Redmond, Wash.; a sister, Georgia Mustonen of Wenatchee; and a granddaughter.

Pauline Horton Post Falls
Visitation for L. Pauline Horton, 77, will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at English Funeral Chapel in Post Falls. Service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Post Falls.
Mrs. Horton, who was born in Laurel, Mont., died Monday.
She attended school in Hardin, Mont., and in the late 1930s moved to St. Maries. She married Kenneth Horton in 1949.
Mrs. Horton lived at Newman Lake, Wash., before settling in Post Falls in 1951. She was a homemaker.
Her husband died in 1982.
She is survived by three sons, Ernie, Gordon and Dana Horton, and two daughters, Julie Baldwin and Donna Guindon, all of Post Falls; her mother, Celista of St. Maries; six sisters, Leona McCarter and Ruth Udger, both of St. Maries, Dolly Germer of Moscow, Idaho, Mary Anderson and Catherine Dorsey, both of Spokane, and Ellen Johnston of Potlatch, Idaho; two brothers, John Epler of Washington state and Phillip Epler of St. Maries; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
