Spokane Farmers’ Market (Wednesday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., First Covenant Church parking lot at Second and Division in Spokane): apples, huckleberries, blackberries, peaches, pears, plums, jam, stir fry mix, salad mix, lettuce, beets, carrots, garlic, shallots, Swiss chard, kale, cabbage, peppers (green and red, purple islander, Antohi yellow, jalapeno and Hungarian wax), tomatoes (cherry, Italian, Beefsteak and heirloom), cucumbers, summer squash, winter squash (buttercup, spaghetti, hubbard, delicata, green and white acorn and Lakota), pumpkins, potatoes (white, red, blue, purple, gold and fingerlings), honey, assorted herbs, assorted baked goods.

Kootenai County Farmers’ Market (Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Highway 95 and Prairie Avenue in Coeur d’Alene): Apples (golden delicious, red delicious, gala, granny smith), celeriac, carrots, potatoes, garlic braids, garlic, elephant garlic, shallots, onions, tomatoes (red and green), winter squash (spaghetti, sugarloaf, buttercup, acorn, Long Island cheese), pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, parsnips, chard, bok choy, New Zealand spinach, kale, parsley, rutabaga, assorted herbs, natural beef, beef jerky, eggs, honey and frying chicken.
