RiverHawks scoot past Knights

Eric Cannon scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift the Spokane RiverHawks to an 8-7 victory over the Aloha Knights in Pacific International League baseball action on Sunday at Spokane Falls Community College.

Bobby Barcus pitched a perfect ninth to pick up the win for the RiverHawks (3-9). Derek Dupree and Nolan Massie each drove in a pair of runs for Spokane.

Spokane trailed 7-3 before scoring four times in the bottom of the seventh inning off Knights reliever Ben Bracelin.

Darrell Fisherbaugh took the loss for Aloha (9-9).
