Coeur d’Alene police
Vicki Hogen, manager at Mountain West Bank, reported Monday the $9,000 theft of cash when counterfeit money orders were cashed at the Coeur d’Alene bank branch at 125 Ironwood Drive.
Richard Omeara reported Wednesday the $15,000 theft of a 2001 Dodge Dakota from his home on the 3000 block of North Government Way.
Larry Pilcher, employee of Tom Addis Dodge, reported Wednesday the $1,100 theft of two stereos, a tachometer, two engine gauges and a gearshift knob and $400 damage to the dashboards of a 1991 Jeep Wrangler and a 1997 Ford Mustang parked at the business at 314 W. Clayton Ave.
Kootenai County sheriff
Dean Pappas, Rathdrum, reported Tuesday the $1,035 theft of a handgun, duffel bag and clothing from a trailer parked at a recreation area at the top of Fourth of July Pass north of Interstate 90.
