Got a computer for a holiday gift? Congrats. Now, you should plan to donate or recycle your old one. TechSoup ( www.techsoup.org), an organization assisting nonprofits, provides resources to help you find a home for your PC; select the “Computer Recycling” link on the home page. Computer makers, such as Apple (at www.apple.com/environment/) and Dell (at www.dell.com/recycle), also offer guidelines to ease the process.
