Phillies 11, Mets 4: At Philadelphia, the Phillies overcame three homers from Jose Reyes to rout New York for the second straight night.

Brewers 6, Pirates 3: At Pittsburgh, Bill Hall hit a go-ahead single in the eighth inning and Milwaukee beat Pittsburgh.

Nationals 5, Braves 0: At Washington, Pedro Astacio pitched 4 2/3 perfect innings en route to a two-hit shutout, leading Washington past Atlanta.

Giants 3, Padres 2: At San Diego, Shea Hillenbrand singled in the go-ahead run in the eighth in San Francisco’s win.

Dodgers 4, Marlins 0: At Los Angeles, Kenny Lofton hit an RBI double to snap a scoreless tie in the seventh, and Los Angeles beat Florida.

Cubs 8, Astros 6 (18): At Houston, Matt Murton hit a tying homer in the ninth and a two-run single in the 18th, sending Chicago past Houston in the longest game in Minute Maid Park history. Murton led off the ninth with a homer.

Diamondbacks 2, Rockies 1 (18): At Denver, Luis Gonzalez’s one-out single in the 18th scored Eric Byrnes to give Arizona a win over Colorado.
