Eat Local Farm Tour – Meet local food producers during a tour of Small Planet Tofu and Penrith Farm in Newport, Wash. Learn about the age-old process of creating tofu and then have a picnic at Penrith Farm. Established in 1983, the farm offers a “unique and innovative program designed to assist troubled and challenged young adults in the acquisition of essential life skills” in addition to producing organic produce.
