Police: Hit put out for unpaid bill

PRINEVILLE, Ore. – Police arrested a central Oregon contractor accused of soliciting two people to kill a customer who failed to pay for cement work.

Jonathan Fred Andrews, 44, of Bend, was charged with attempting to commit aggravated murder and solicitation to commit murder, the Oregon State Police said. He was arrested Monday, with bail set at $200,000.
