Bridget Wharton has been hired as a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Northwest Group. She previously worked in the banking industry.

American Home Mortgage has hired Sherri Rotchford as a loan officer.

Sue Breesnee has been hired as an agent at State Farm Insurance in Post Falls. She previously owned A Grand Welcome in Spokane.

The Bank of Fairfield has promoted Diane Galler to compliance officer. She previously worked as an assistant compliance officer.

Pam Mundt has been promoted to vice president of real estate lending/chief credit administrator at the Bank of Fairfield.

Jeffery Schlenker has been promoted to president of Harbor Financial Services. He previously worked as senior vice president and director of the company and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix.

Thomas Fritz has been appointed to serve on the board of trustees of the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology. He is the chief executive officer of Inland Northwest Health Services.

Northwest Bankcorporation has appointed Jennifer West and Katie Brodie to fill seats on its board of directors. West is the chief operating officer of Hill & Knowlton Northwest and Brodie is a former Kootenai County commissioner.

Michael Reuling has been appointed to the Sterling Financial Corporation board of directors. He also serves as a member of the board of directors at FirstBank NW.

Edward Wagner has been appointed as a board member of the Idaho Association of Building Officials. He is the building services director of the City of Coeur d’Alene.

GIFTS

The local office of Merrill Lynch & Co. participated in the company’s 27th Annual Christmas Calls program. The company opens its office for senior citizens to use its phones to place free calls around the world. Seven company volunteers assisted the seniors.

Evergreen Realty in Sandpoint has donated $11,000 to Habitat for Humanity. The funds were raised by agents who pledged a portion of their commission checks to this program.
