Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Billy D. Cummings – 47, Sandpoint, sexual abuse of a minor under age 16, $50,000 bond.

Rodney V. Heaton – 43, Rathdrum, lewd conduct with a minor under age 16 (two counts), $20,000 bond.

James E. Montz – 56, Sandpoint, manufacturing a controlled substance, $100,000 bond.

Shon L. Moody – 44, Sagle, driving under the influence, $40,000 bond.

Bruce H. Powell – 50, Coeur d’Alene, battery/injury to a child, $25,000 bond.
