Chocolate-letter day
Chocolate Myracles will celebrate its seventh anniversary next Thursday with an open house featuring (what else?) chocolate.
Chocolatier Julia Blassa-Myracle will share an array of truffles and other chocolates she makes from grand cru, single-origin and fair-trade chocolate.
Guests can win chocolate bears and pine cones, or truffles and bars designed by Blassa-Myracle at the open house, which will be 3 to 7 p.m. at the tasting room and factory, 11616 E. Montgomery Drive, Suite 23.
The chocolates will be paired with wine from Latah Creek Winery and appetizers will be provided by the Washington Access Fund, a nonprofit that helps people with disabilities and others with low-interest loans and other financing services to help them with technology and business equipment.
