Cold snap comin’: “I walk 5 miles a day,” Rob MacKinnon said as he braved the windy weather during his daily walk through his Post Falls neighborhood Tuesday. The National Weather Service says overnight temperatures will take a steep drop this week, with lows tonight expected to plunge into the teens.
