Fresh Sheet: 56-cent short stacks, egg recipes, No-Li dinner at Europa
To celebrate its 56th anniversary, IHOP is selling its short stack of buttermilk pancakes for 56 cents.
That’s cheaper than the original price when the restaurant chain opened in California in 1958. Back then, the buttermilk short stack sold for 60 cents.
Today, International House of Pancakes has more than 1,600 locations and sells more than 700 million pancakes each year.
Its special short-stack price will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at participating locations. For more information, visit www.ihop.com.
