Mobile café couple not giving up

An unfunded Kickstarter campaign isn’t stopping a Coeur d’Alene couple intent on starting a mobile espresso business.

Husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Young and Michal Bennett are exploring options for Coffee Roboto. Instead of operating out of a vintage truck, they’re hoping to create a bicycle café.

Get the scoop Sunday morning. Coffee Roboto’s Pop-up Café Bike Breakfast-ish runs 8 to 11 a.m. and features free coffee drinks at Rep Café, 3330 N. Grand Miller Lane in Coeur d’Alene.
