Senior meals

For the week of Aug. 31-Sept. 4.

Monday – Option 1: Spanish rice casserole, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit. Option 2: Turkey Swiss wrap, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Pot roast with gravy, potatoes, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit. 2: Chile con carne, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken breast sandwich, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit. 2: Stuffed salmon with dill sauce, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Lasagna, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit. 2: Bean soup and ham sandwich, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit.

Friday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit. 2: Chef salad, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit.
