Sample gourmet salts Sunday at Spokane’s Kitchen Engine

Ocean Gourmet Salts is a hosting a tasting on Sunday.

Sampling takes place from 11 a.m. to 4  p.m. at the Kitchen Engine.

The new line of specialty line of sea salts, rubs and seasonings was recently launched by Clint and Cheryl Bower of Coeur d’Alene.

Salts are gluten free and, don’t contain MSG and are available in individual packages or multi-packs.

Flavors are: Alder Smoked, Cherry Smoked, Cyprus Lemon, Maui Onion, Hawaiian Lemon Pepper and Northwest Grill and Rub.
