This year’s Whole Hog Auction benefits Stella Druffel, a 6-year-old who was diagnosed with leukemia last summer.

Jeremy Hansen, chef and owner of Santé Restaurant and Charcuterie in Spokane, will auction off cuts of meat from a hog provided by Ramstead Ranch in Ione, Washington.

The silent auction starts at 5 p.m. The live auction begins at 6 p.m. The event also features dinner, drinks and live music from Spokane’s Mama Doll.

The event is at The Lantern Tap House, 1004 S. Perry St. Tickets are $50 and available online .
