University of Idaho offers Thanksgiving recipes

University of Idaho’s annual round-up of Thanksgiving recipes is online.

The donor relations team and students from the Margaret Ritchie School of Family and Consumer Sciences collaborate each year to create the offering.

Recipe round-ups date to 2009. Plus, there’s a collection of historical recipes, some of which that go back to 1911.
