This s’more walks into an espresso

 (Indaba)

It’s a s’more in a glass.

Indaba Coffee is offering a new signature drink for fall. Its creators are calling it the S’more Gibraltar, and it’s being sold at the coffee shop’s downtown location through December.

The $5 espresso-based beverage features graham crackers and marshmallows made by Batch Bakeshop in Spokane’s West Central neighborhood along with house-roasted coffee and chocolate. It’s a collaboration between downtown Indaba manager Evan Lovell and Batch owner Mika Maloney .

Additional specialty drinks are slated to be released in November and December, according to Indaba owner Bobby Enslow .

Founded in 2009, Indaba is a social benefit coffee company that aims to provide internships and employment for at-risk youth as well as meals for people in need through every bag of coffee the shop sells.

The downtown location is at 210 N. Howard St. On the Web: www.indabacoffee.com
