Manito Tap House wraps up its 12 Beers of Christmas today with a truly rare treat, Goose Island’s Bourbon County Brand Regal Rye Stout .

The variation on the original Bourbon County, a groundbreaking barrel-aged stout, is aged in rye whiskey barrels with blackberries, both candied and fresh sour cherries and sea salt. It weighs in at a hefty 13.5 percent alcohol by volume and 60 International Bitterness Units.
