Police looking for missing Post Falls man whose truck found on fire

A Post Falls man whose pickup truck was found engulfed in flames has been missing since Saturday evening.

William “Bo” Kirk, 41, was last seen at work, Northwest Specialty Hospital in Post Falls, about 7 p.m. Saturday. He was supposed to arrive home around 7:20 p.m. but didn’t show up, the Post Falls Police Department said.

On the north end of Kootenai County, Timberlake Fire and Rescue responded to the truck fire at 9:43 p.m. Saturday in the 23000 block of North Rimrock Road. Kirk had driven it to work that day but was not found at the scene.

Post Falls police and the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office are investigating Kirk’s disappearance. Anyone with information about the truck fire or where Kirk was after 7 p.m. Saturday is asked to call (208) 773-3517 or reach out at www.postfallspolice.com.

Kirk is 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark-colored medical scrubs.
