Clover hosts cocktail dinner

Clover is hosting a special cocktail dinner Tuesday.

The five-course dinner costs $100 per person and starts at 6:30 p.m.

Pairings include ahi poke with a Watermelon Man featuring tequila, lime, cider vinegar and mint; smoked salmon Nicoise with a Smoke Screen including Scotch, Chartreuse, lime and mint; and cedar plank-roasted quail with a Paper Plane made from equal parts bourbon, amaro, lemon and Aperol. For dessert, there’s a brown butter crepe with grilled nectarines and white chocolate butter paired with a Parisian Blond featuring rum, triple sec, St. German and whipped cream.
